Mentoring Program

The Newman Centre’s Mentoring Program, established in 2002, matches student members of our parish community considering a career path with a Newman community member already working in that field to provide an informal opportunity for the student to explore a potential future profession. More than 235 matches have been created since 2002. The mentor and student determine how they work together – face to face, email, phone calls, etcetera, and the numbers of times that this occurs.

Interested? Students and prospective mentors can download registration forms from our website or pick up a form at the Newman Centre’s reception desk. Everyone will meet at an informal pizza supper on January 28. For more information, contact: mentoring@newmantoronto.com

UPDATE: The Mentoring Program has been cancelled this year due to insufficient response from parishioners.The informal pizza dinner for everyone who signed up is also cancelled.
